By saving 420, Vape Ban 4/27 becomes fully effective
Of all major couriers, the United States Postal Service had the last deadline before the impending vape ban goes into effect. But now the time has come, the time has finally come, and we only have a week before we can no longer order vape products with the ease and low prices to which we have become accustomed.
At least they gave us 420 right? Fedex, UPS and some other delivery services have already started regulating the shipping of vape products under the new one PACT Actand the USPS will be joining them in about a week. As part of the amended PACT (Prevent All Human Trafficking) law, the delivery of “ENDS” products directly to consumers is prohibited or very strictly regulated.
The term ENDS stands for Electronic Delivery Nicotine Systems. However, the term is used loosely to include “any electronic device that, via an aerosol solution, delivers nicotine, aroma or other substance to the user that is inhaled from the device”, including “to an e-cigarette; an e-shisha; an e-cigar; a vape pen; an advanced refillable personal vaporizer; an electronic whistle; and any components, fluids, parts or accessories of a described device [above]regardless of whether the component, liquid, part, or accessory is sold separately from the device. “

USPS followed last, but on April 27 they will also change their regulations. If a courier decides to continue shipping vape products, they will have to pay additional fees as well as verify ID and get signatures at the time of delivery. It’s a very costly waste of time, so most companies choose to avoid dealing with these products altogether.
With no major airlines willing to move vape products, companies are no longer able to both meet the new requirements of the PACT Act and find a new way to ship their products.

The vape ban explained
This vape ban is not a ban in the true sense of the word. It is a prohibition on shipping any vape products, not actually using, making, or selling them. And because cannabis vape products fall under the general term “tobacco products,” there is actually nothing to be said about cannabis if we choose to get technical here.
The ban applies to shipping “tobacco” vaping products via UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other major couriers. This doesn’t mean companies can’t sell or mail products through a small private company, but it does mean they need to get a little confused and figure out what to do beforehand
In a way, it’s a ban that is technically not a ban as there is no ban on businesses or individuals. What this means is that the U.S. government is not trying to legally prevent people from using these products or companies from making them, but appears to determine how the public can obtain products and what products are available to them. Overregulation for reasons of overregulation.
It gets difficult in the beginning as companies find ways to get their products to consumers and consumers try to find the fastest, cheapest way to get what they need. For now, it is best to stock up and take advantage of all 420 deals before the vape ban goes into effect. With a good amount of Delta 8 vape carts in your stash, you should have plenty of time before your favorite companies find a new way to ship your favorite products.
