Across the country, cannabis regulations change daily. There are more dramatic legislative changes in some areas than in others, but every step forward, no matter how small, counts. Right now I can think of 5 states because, firstly, they are taking big strides or are two conservative states that most people expected to hold on to prohibition for much longer.

Connecticut

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont, D, along with other state lawmakers, has just reached a compromise on an adult cannabis use law that is expected to be enacted in the late spring of 2022, state. MJBizDaily estimates the Connecticut recreational market could top $ 250 million in revenue in the first year alone and total around $ 725 million in the fourth year.
